Maintain the integrity of the ISO Management Documentation System and ensure compliance with ISO standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, and ISO 45000.
Manage the administration staff, assisting the reporting Manager with personnel and HR management.
Ensure staff are fully trained and familiar with their work to improve the quality of their performance.
Create, manage, and maintain an accurate, organized filing system.
Follow up on assignments as instructed by the direct manager.
Coordinate with other administrative functions such as medical, identification badges, staff movements, and employee visa status for smooth operations.
Provide constant assistance to staff and address any issues that may arise.
Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information such as payroll and personnel details.
Set up management, control, and administrative procedures for operations.
Utilize organizational and time management skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Act as a food safety team member when required.
Perform other duties as directed.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Degree or High School completion with 2+ years of computer education.
Proficiency in computer applications and typing speed of 40-60 words per minute.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
Physical Requirements:
Must be mentally and physically fit to work long periods.
Should be energetic, enthusiastic, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
