Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve area sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
Market Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Client Relationship Management:

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to travel as required within the area of responsibility.
