Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and international accounting standards.
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to the executive team.
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, financial plans, and forecasts.
• Implement cost control measures to optimize profitability.
• Assess and manage financial risks, ensuring the company maintains a strong financial position.
• Mentor and manage the finance team to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in senior financial roles, preferably in Oman or the GCC region.
• Specialized Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and business practices in Oman.

Skills and Attributes:

• Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills.
• Proficient in financial modeling, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• High ethical standards and integrity.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: RO 1,500 – RO 2,000 per month.
• Additional benefits may be discussed based on experience and qualifications.
