Key Roles and Responsibilities
Client Engagement:
- Conduct daily sales visits to potential clients to promote company products and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to potential customers.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions to address their requirements.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Sales Process Management:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates to the sales manager.
- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a smooth sales process and high customer satisfaction.
Post-Sales Activities:
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT solutions or system integration.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of the sales process and a customer-focused approach.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software solutions like Genisys, Zoho, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Industry Awareness: Ability to stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
