Key Functions:
Marketing Program Development:
- Participate in creating, drafting, and implementing marketing, promotional, and sales programs tailored to the Albanian market.
 
Market Research:
- Conduct market research specific to Albania, design and prepare surveys, and perform direct interviews with participants.
 
Event Coordination:
- Organize and manage activities such as conferences, presentations, seminars, and other logistics-related events within the local context.
 
Content Creation:
- Assist in preparing, composing, modifying, and drafting marketing and promotional materials relevant to the Albanian audience.
 
Program Implementation Monitoring:
- Follow up on the implementation of marketing, promotional, and sales programs. Gather information on progress and compile corresponding reports.
 
Advertising Campaign Management:
- Develop, draft, and implement advertising campaigns suitable for the Albanian market.
 - Ensure procurement of materials for advertising campaigns and maintain relationships with suppliers.
 - Coordinate and maintain relationships with third parties contracted for campaign execution.
 - Develop and maintain media plans for campaigns, ensuring full execution per contractual terms. Monitor the implementation of media plans by suppliers.
 
Administrative Support:
- Organize meetings, gatherings, and negotiations (internal and external), keep minutes and official records, and document them.
 - Safeguard and maintain documentation for the Marketing and Promotion Department.
 - Act as an intermediary with third parties regarding departmental activities.
 
Company Objectives:
- Work towards achieving the company’s marketing objectives, ensuring compliance with local industry standards.
 
Communication:
- Prepare press releases, company news updates, and announcements for company events.
 - Update company news on the company website and social media platforms.
 
Marketing Materials Management:
- Prepare materials such as brochures, leaflets, and promotional files, ensuring distribution aligns with marketing programs and resonates with the Albanian audience.
 - Draft, edit, and format texts and written materials.
 
- Supervisor Assistance:
 
- Assist direct supervisors in developing and drafting plans, projects, and other marketing materials.
 
- Procurement Activities:
 
- Conduct procurement inquiries, gather offers, negotiate prices, and ensure quality product acquisitions as per company requirements.
 - Ensure the lowest possible prices and highest quality products or services in the market.
 
- Reporting:
 
- Provide daily reports on tasks and objectives achieved, sent via email.
 - Submit end-of-month reports on the fulfillment of individual objectives.
 - Provide feedback on programs, projects, tasks, and other activities upon request.
 
- Cultural Promotion:
 
- Promote and educate subordinate staff and colleagues about company culture. Utilize contacts and meetings to spread the company’s values.
 
- Additional Responsibilities:
 
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Company Administrator or Marketing Director.
 
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication Sciences, Arts, Social Sciences, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economic Informatics, or related fields.
 - Master’s Degree is preferred.
 
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing or related fields.
 
Language Proficiency:
- Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Italian or other languages is advantageous.
 
Technical Skills:
- Digital Marketing: Experience with digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads and social media platforms.
 - Data Analysis: Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
 - Website Management: Ability to manage and update websites with SEO optimization.
 - SEO/SEM: Knowledge of search engine optimization and search engine marketing.
 - Marketing Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
 - Design Skills: Basic skills in Adobe Suite or similar tools are a plus.
 
Soft Skills:
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 - Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
 - Team Collaboration: Capable of working well in a team environment.
 
Working Conditions:
- Start Date: TBD

 - Standard Work Hours/ Weekly: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week.
 - Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00, with a lunch break (13:00–14:00). Saturdays are rotational (08:30–13:30). Sundays are off.
 - Paid Leave: Paid leave includes 22 annual days, excluding public holidays.
 - Notice Period:
- 5 days during the probation period.
 - 2 weeks after the first 3 months up to 6 months.
 - 1 month after 6 months up to 2 years.
 - 2 months 2-5 years.
