Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality, authentic North Indian cuisine, including essentials like fulka, paratha, and tandoori dishes.
- Pan-Asian cuisine knowledge is a bonus.
- Maintain a clean kitchen environment, ensuring all kitchen duties, such as washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and organizing kitchen equipment, are completed.
- Serve meals to the family and guests, ensuring a professional and pleasant dining experience.
- Work 10-11 hours per day, 6 days a week, with agreed-upon breaks.
- Travel with the family to different European locations, providing culinary services in each destination.
- Take one month off per year, to be mutually agreed upon in advance.
- Help with daily meal planning, including shopping for fresh ingredients and groceries.
- Accommodation will be provided or negotiated into salary.
Ideal Candidate:
- Male candidate only, aged between 30-35 years or older, with 10+ years of experience in cooking North Indian cuisine.
- Must be proficient in North Indian cooking, including traditional methods and modern variations.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a bonus.
- Willing to work in a family setting, taking responsibility for kitchen cleanliness, serving meals, and ensuring all culinary needs are met.
- EU or UK passport holder is required for ease of travel and visa processing.
- Experience in catering for a private household is preferred.
- Must be willing to live in and travel with the family to other European locations.
- Proven experience and salary details are required, and previous salary payslips must be provided for verification.
