Supply Chain Management: Oversee all supply chain activities to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products across all sales channels.
Demand Forecasting: Forecast demand and share the requirement with production teams on a quarterly, monthly, and weekly basis.
Returns Management: Reduce sales returns, damaged goods, and short-expiry products by monitoring returns, developing depletion plans, and avoiding overstocking at points of sale.
Stakeholder Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, community organizations, and regulatory bodies.
Inventory Planning: Create inventory plans, monitor stock and finished goods levels, and manage resource allocation according to the budget.
Logistics Supervision: Oversee logistics from the plant to each city warehouse to ensure timely deliveries.
Distribution Management: Manage intra-city day-to-day logistics as per the distribution plan, including creating daily dispatch plans, transportation of finished goods to retail stores, and ensuring timely delivery.
Warehouse Management: Supervise warehouse operations to ensure statutory compliance and optimize warehouse efficiency.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze SCM and logistics operations by measuring parameters like transportation costs, damages, TAT (turnaround time), and order fulfillment rates.
Process Optimization: Identify process gaps in SCM and logistics operations, proposing solutions to improve efficiency and continuously monitoring SCM metrics.
Stakeholder Negotiation: Liaise with and negotiate terms with external stakeholders such as transportation service providers and dealers.
