Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for improving and maintaining the SEO ranking of both the company and client websites, ensuring consistent first-position rankings for targeted keywords, and leading efforts for SEO-driven lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced SEO Knowledge: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, to increase website visibility and drive organic traffic.
• AI Algorithm Ranking Optimization: Stay up-to-date with AI-powered search algorithms and integrate them into SEO strategies. Apply AI insights to refine tactics that improve rankings in AI-driven search engines.
• AI-Based SEO Implementation: Utilize AI-based SEO tools to automate and enhance content, technical optimizations, and ranking strategies. Leverage AI technologies to continuously improve SEO performance.
• Advanced SEO Tools Usage: Utilize and manage advanced SEO tools to track and analyze SEO performance. Regularly generate reports, identify trends, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Ranking Maintenance: Focus on maintaining and improving SEO rankings, particularly ensuring the website ranks in the first position for high-priority keywords. Continuously monitor ranking performance and implement strategies to retain top rankings.
• SEO Lead Generation: Develop and execute SEO strategies aimed at driving high-quality organic leads. Optimize content, landing pages, and SEO campaigns to improve lead conversion and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong focus on AI-based SEO and algorithm ranking optimization.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with AI-based SEO tools and strategies.
• Proven ability to maintain first-position rankings on search engines for competitive keywords.
• Expertise in advanced SEO practices.
• Experience in implementing SEO-driven lead generation strategies and optimizing conversion rates.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret SEO data to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with e-commerce websites or large-scale content-driven platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously.
