Directly responsible for the production of the plant / factory.
 Check plant/ factory loading plan and get ready for new styles, check operations break
down, thread consumption & prepare style wise machine requirement for future feeding
styles.
 Prepare upcoming months forecast plan for the plant/ factory and make a forecast about
efficiency, standard hours & revenue generation & CPM
 Verify SMV with the IE development team in order to ensure the most effective SMV &
method is implemented in the factory
 With the team support, do method improvements & process improvements and
continuously improve efficiency up to the target level
 Reduce factory cost by eliminating non value added activities & operations
 Maintain operator skill inventories & grading systems within the line/ plant/ factory
 Other duties as assigned from time to time
