IE Manager

Directly responsible for the production of the plant / factory.

 Check plant/ factory loading plan and get ready for new styles, check operations break

down, thread consumption & prepare style wise machine requirement for future feeding

styles.

 Prepare upcoming months forecast plan for the plant/ factory and make a forecast about

efficiency, standard hours & revenue generation & CPM

 Verify SMV with the IE development team in order to ensure the most effective SMV &

method is implemented in the factory

 With the team support, do method improvements & process improvements and

continuously improve efficiency up to the target level

 Reduce factory cost by eliminating non value added activities & operations

 Maintain operator skill inventories & grading systems within the line/ plant/ factory

 Other duties as assigned from time to time

Essential Skills and Competences

 Should have working knowledge in Knits /Wovens product category

 Research and analysis of new machinery, folders, ideas and implementation in factories

 Should be capable of handling 1000+ machine capacity

 Experience in data analysis - incentives, capacity study, skill matrix

 Should knows thread consumption -seam works software

 Working experience in automation would be preferable

 Style simplification and methods improvement

 Working experience in lean manufacturing systems is preferable

 Should Drive Kaizen Culture in shopfloor with deskilling operations/eliminating Non value

added activities

 Should have sound knowledge in supply chain process / MIS reports etc.,
