Restaurant Manager
Job Description: As a restaurant manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Indian restaurant in Delft. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a seamless guest experience and maintaining high-quality standards. You will lead and motivate the team, manage personnel, create schedules, and provide coaching and training to staff members.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Maintain high standards of guest experience and quality
- Manage and lead the restaurant team
- Assist in creating schedules and managing personnel
- Coach and train team members
- Build a bridge between the local Delft population and the Indian culture
- Develop and execute marketing activities
- Collaborate effectively with team members
