A dynamic and customer-focused organization is seeking a reliable and courteous Airline Agent/Porter to join our team. This dual-role position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced airport environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs Airline Agent:
Respond to passenger inquiries regarding flight departures and arrivals.
Perform check-in procedures and assign seat numbers.
Issue boarding passes and baggage labels.
Inform passengers of luggage restrictions and handle excess baggage charges.
Provide assistance to special needs passengers and unaccompanied minors.
Make flight announcements for arrivals and departures.
Handle transactions accurately using cash, credit cards, or checks and follow airline close-out procedures.
Greet and assist customers courteously in person and over the phone.
Operate airline computer systems for check-in and other functions.
