To assist in managing the daily operations of a high-end Chinese restaurant, ensuring high standards of food, service, guest experience, and staff performance. The role supports the Outlet Manager in achieving revenue targets, operational efficiency, and maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
Support Outlet Manager in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
Maintain a high standard of hygiene, safety, and food quality in compliance with health regulations
Supervise and train restaurant staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and SOPs
Handle guest queries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service and menu consistency

Salary & Benefits:Net Basic Salary (Annual): USD 10,800 – USD 13,200
Service Charge: Eligible
Accommodation: Single status | Live-in (shared as per hotel policy)
Home Leave Eligibility: Economy class return airfare to home location annually
