Streamlining the process of Supply Chain Management and implementing the same for
smooth flow of operations.

and implementing new techniques for achieving optimum cost of services and streamline
the overall procurement functions within the required time, budget and quality

Holding weekly meetings with all project managers for discussion of various issues that
may arise in terms of material requirements and planning of the same.
A strategic planner with expertise in implementing cost saving measures to achieve

Quick in addressing operational issues which arises in terms of material and resolving the
same within no time.
Assisting Tendering for getting the quotes from the specified vendors within stipulated

Interacting with vendors for new supplies, samples and placing orders once approvals
from clients and getting the shipment as per required timeline for the project.
Updating all project managers regarding the material status and delivery on daily basis
so that the project managers can plan the work schedule accordingly
Maintaining the required trackers and keeping it updated for management review on
daily basis.
Create and implement regional procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-
effective, and incorporate the growing complexities and challenges within industry
Build long-term relationships with vendors in the industry
Compare proposals for price and specifications
Negotiate with vendors to reduce costs
Review contract specifications on behalf of the company
Communicate with vendors to ensure that the product arrives in a timely fashion
Build and maintain long-term relationships with critical suppliers
Manage technological systems that track the shipment, inventory and supply of
material.
