Senior Finance & Accounts Manager

The role involves leading the Finance & Accounts division, ensuring financial integrity, statutory compliance, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate should bring extensive experience in financial management, audits, taxation, and business operations, with a strong grasp of accounting standards and regulatory frameworks.

Lead and oversee all Finance & Accounts operations.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and MIS reporting.

Ensure statutory compliance with Ind AS, taxation laws, and regulatory bodies (BSE/SEBI/ROC, etc.).

Coordinate internal and statutory audits and liaise with auditors and regulators.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Handle international transactions, reconciliations, and fund management.

Strengthen internal financial controls and reporting mechanisms.

Provide strategic inputs to management on cost optimization and financial planning.

Qualification: M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 10+ years in Finance & Accounts (preferably in diversified or global business environments)
Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of Ind AS/IFRS, taxation, compliance, and financial laws

Expertise in finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements

Proficiency in ERP/Tally/SAP systems
Soft Skills: Leadership, analytical thinking, integrity, and effective communication
