About the Role:We are seeking a native or native-level English speaker, preferably an American or Indo-American professional, to join our team as an English Language & American Accent Trainer. The ideal candidate will train employees to enhance their spoken English proficiency, American accent, and business communication skills. The objective is to align our workforce’s communication standards with global best practices, especially for collaboration with American clients.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct engaging training sessions focused on American English pronunciation, intonation, and fluency.
Design and deliver accent neutralization and American accent enhancement modules.
Coach employees on verbal communication, telephone etiquette, and business email writing.
Provide cross-cultural communication training, emphasizing American business norms and etiquette.
Customize training programs for various departments such as customer support, technical support, and client services.
Develop and implement pre- and post-training assessments to track learner progress and program effectiveness.
Collaborate with management and team leaders to identify communication challenges and create targeted learning solutions.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and methodologies in language and accent training.
