Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Performance ManagementAchieve and exceed sell-out targets for GripIt's distributed brand across key modern retail partners such as Croma, Reliance Digital, Vijay Sales, and regional modern trade stores.
Leverage store-wise insights to drive sell-through, conversion, and consistent performance.
Road Shows & In-Store ActivationsPlan and execute road shows, demo events, and in-store activations to generate consumer interest, drive product trials, and educate shoppers.
Ensure ROI-focused execution with measurable impact on conversion and demand generation.
Promoter & Field Force ManagementBuild, lead, and manage a team of promoters and field sales executives.
Recruit, train, motivate, and monitor performance to ensure effective brand representation and superior shopper engagement.
Conduct regular training and certification programs to strengthen product knowledge and storytelling.
