Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare authentic Indian dishes across multiple regional cuisines.
Develop and refine menu items as required.
Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen hygiene.
Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including time and resource management.
Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
