Job Title: Business Development Executive/Associate (3 Month Probation)


Experience: 3 Years in Sales

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Quickly achieve intimate knowledge of stone or Marble products, value proposition, and positioning.

  • Market & Competitor Survey for the product (Quartz Surfaces/ Quartz Countertops).

    • Quality, Variety, Pricing

    • Identify major competitors

    • Offerings in the market

  • Maintain a high awareness and understanding of the market. Develop a concrete sales plan with a clear plan to attack allocated segments/territories.

  • Generate outbound efforts by implementing strategies to bring direct clients.

    • Wholesalers

    • Retailers

    • Meet lead generation targets and focus on sales targets as established by management.

    • Achieve sales goals by assessing client needs and following an defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product samples and presentations.

    • Work on leads assigned from Head Office, India with maximum conversion.

    • Work on CRM for account management and client database.

    • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly territory analyses.

Requirements:

  • Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently in a highly-demanding, fast-paced environment. Deal with C-level & corporate clients.

  • Professional sales, communication, and presentation skills a must.

  • Experience in customer service and relationship management abilities.

  • Persuasive verbal and written communication skills, including solid proofing skills.

  • Proven ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Knowledge of Import, Export, and Stone Industry will be an added advantage

  • Should have own Car with valid driving license and clean driving record.
