General Manger

The Group is a private local Cambodian investment and holding company specializing inautomotive, F&B, and retail by bringing internationally renowned brands to the country. Torespond the business growth, HGB Group is looking for young & dynamic for the position ofGeneral Manager. Main Responsibilitiesï‚· To provide clear leadership to the management team and all employees, bymotivating, coaching and coordinating them to grow the dealership;ï‚· To plan and develop short and longâ€�term goals and objectives annually, andsubmit to management for approval;ï‚· To coordinate regular meetings with the managers of each department to ensuretheir profitability and efficiency;ï‚· To oversee, recommend and maintain compensation plans for all employees andmaintain an enthusiastic attitude to build positive employee attitudesand morale, & motivate, coach and communicate;ï‚· To identify the opportunities created by industry trends, technology, governmentregulations, competitor activities, customer behaviours, etcï‚· To use forecasts and sales projections to determine stock requirements (vehiclesand parts);ï‚· To create costâ€�effective advertising programs and merchandising strategies forthe dealership;ï‚· To develop CRM activities and initiatives for events & promotions, that enhancethe brand and retain and build the customer base;ï‚· To ensure prompt and high quality customer service is delivered by sales andaftersales teams;ï‚· To keep and maintain relationships with manufacturer personnel & comply withPrincipals policies;ï‚· To maintain and develop brand culture, values and reputation, in line with CI andHGB standards. Requirementï‚· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and/or Automotive management orrelated fields;ï‚· Have at least 10 years of experience including 5 at management level in aninternational automotive company or brand – ideally working not only at OEMsbut preferably within automotive dealerships;ï‚· Have advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and MicrosoftDynamics SL financial reporting software; ï‚· Strong in communication skills, resultsâ€�oriented, strategic thinker and planner;ï‚· Have good communication in English; Chinese is a plus.
