Content Marketing/ Social Media Specialist (remote work)
Responsibilities:
- Concepting, writing and managing social and digital content.
- Be detail oriented and also be comfortable with writing and editing content including (but not limited to) articles, blog posts, ad copies, landing page copies.
- Leading and owning the content calendars.
- Developing creative blog ideas that ensure the brand and customers are at the forefront of social innovation across all platforms.
- Creating social media guidelines for the brand and ensure best practice are followed.
- Monitoring trends and developments, interpreting social listening, SEO and business insights.
- Performing SEO on-page and off-page activities.
- Identifying opportunities for content or conversation.
- Working with Digital Marketing Lead to produce creative copies including text, images, videos.
- Creating social media and online funnels that assist in generating inbound leads for the company.
Desired Skills:
- Experience using design tools such as Canva, Adobe, and other.
- Confident in developing and executing disruptive ideas for the brand.
- Expertise in social and content best practice across all platforms.
- Experience using HubSpot as a sales and marketing CRM.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
- Ensuring content ideas are clearly communicated and built into the overall plan on a regular basis.
- Be a writer who thinks customer-first.
