Experience Requirements:To assist in preparation of the annual business plan in conjunction with the departmental team. To actively follow and promote the concept of operating the Dept. as a separate profit centre, and encouraging responsibility for primarily maximizing all revenues and secondly controlling all expenses thereby increasing the profits. To ensure that guests are appropriately charged for the services availed. To maintain minimum service standards for all tasks in the operations and hence must be familiar with the department operations manual. To ensure that all equipment usage is properly explained to all guests and staff before utilization and the guests needs and ability are correctly assessed against risk. Ensure guest recognition and feedback, with a positive “Can do” attitude coupled with prompt action. To take action as required in dealing with any guest dispute or behavior of any member. To do this discreetly so that the other members are not affected by the same.
