Operation Manager
Operation Manager will be responsible:
- For timely bill submission and collection.
- For managing the operational issues arising from the client’s as well as employees end and resolve the matters on priority basis.
- For collecting feedback from the clients as per company policy.
- For taking regular meetings with clients and team.
- For deployment of the manpower.
- For man power planning, arranging, recruiting, handling and providing basic training.
- For realization of the payment and follow up for the recovery from the existing clients.
- For resolving the guards/ employees issues at the ground level and resolving their concerns on priority basis.
- For resolving the issues related to salary & wages, overtime etc.
- Ensuring that the training is being provided to the guards according to training schedule designed.
- For maintaining cordial relationship with clients and team.
- Must be holding experience in working in Security Company earlier.
