Should have good medical knowledge and be involved in analyzing reports.  Counseling face-to-face patients and via call as per requirement. Understanding patient’s issues and prescribing treatment.  Ability to educate patients about health care Management.  Responsible for patient satisfaction, briefing the patients about the treatment procedure during the consultation, and ensuring all doubts and queries are cleared.
