Summary:
- Responsible for all Sales & Marketing activities in assigned regions.
- Responsible for setting up Dealers & Distributors Channel in the assigned areas.
Responsibilities:
- Market and sell company products to current and potential customers.
- Prepare schedules and action plans to identify the dealers and distributors and the end customers and number of contacts to be made.
- Maintain current and establish potential customer relationships such as Dealers, Distributors, Carpenters, and Fabricators.
- Generate and follow-up leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Identify prospects in the customer segments and contact them.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow the customer base.
- Develop market potential and growth of the company from a business perspective.
- Expand the dealer channel for specific areas to grow business volume.
- Identify and resolve all customer complaints.
- Prepare status reports including activity, closings, and follow-up.
- Coordinate with required company staff to accomplish work and close sales.
- Ensure payments are received by the due date.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management as deemed fit.
