Primary Responsibilities :
For timely bill submission and collection.
For managing the operational issues arising from the client’s as well as employees end and resolve the matters on priority basis.
For collecting feedback from the clients as per company policy.
For taking regular meetings with clients and team.
For deployment of the manpower.
For man power planning, arranging, recruiting, handling and providing basic training.
For realization of the payment and follow up for the recovery from the existing clients.
For resolving the guards/ employees issues at the ground level and resolving their concerns on priority basis.
For resolving the issues related to salary & wages, overtime etc.
Ensuring that the training is being provided to the guards according to training schedule designed.
For maintaining cordial relationship with clients and team.
Must be holding experience in working in Security Company earlier.
