Primary Responsibilities :
Location: Hybrid. Ahmedabad, India
Reports To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Australia.
The Group Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting for the group. This role involves managing the accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company’s growth and profitability.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting
- Support and guide the preparation of subsidiary financial statements.
- Prepare and analyse group monthly financial statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results to the Board.
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting in Australia and India.
Other Key Areas Work closely with and provide support to the Finance team on:
- Budgeting and forecasting.
- Day-to-day accounting operations.
- Effective internal controls.
- Cash management.
- Compliance and audits.
- Meeting tax obligations.
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
