We are seeking dynamic and motivated Freight Forwarding Sales Executives with a strong background in Full Container Load (FCL) sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating significant revenue and possess excellent local connections. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence in key cities during phase 1 of our sales drive.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local clients, leveraging fluency in the local language and connections.
Drive FCL sales to Europe, the US, Canada, and the Asian region, achieving a CTC multiple of 3 or above (three times the expected gross salary).
Identify and target potential clients within the designated regions to expand the customer base.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the current organization.
Proven experience in FCL sales with a focus on Europe, the US, Canada, and the Asian region.
Strong local connections and fluency in the local language of the respective target city.
Ability to produce a CTC multiple of 3 or above.
3-8 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
