Key Functions for the Role:
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in closing deals and working within the SME sector selling software solutions.
Experience with Dynamics 365 is preferable, but other software solution sales experience will also be considered.
Sales Pipeline:
Build and maintain a sufficient and accurate pipeline of sales opportunities to ensure that sales goals are met.
Prospecting:
Prospect and penetrate a list of named accounts via professional prospecting and networking, directly with target accounts and via Microsoft account teams assigned to those accounts.
Customer Relationship:
Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and continued partnership.
Certifications:
Attain/Maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 (AX/CRM) Sales certification(s) as required.
