Key responsibilities & duties:

 Attending to and resolving day-to-day breakdown complaints

 LPG Installation Maintenance- Scheduling of AMC for contractual and non-

contractual customers as per company norms

 Customers complaint Management

 Co-ordinate with Customers for Preventive Maintenance, Planning and Execution,

Break down Maintenance.

 Statutory Testing's - Bullet Hydro testing, SRV/TRV Testing and Certifications

 Safety Audit and Safety training

 Cost management

 Co-ordinate Technical Aspects / Trials of new Product / Applications / Service

Offerings to Customers.

 Interaction with statutory authorities

 Root Cause analysis

 Documentation- Audit report, Training report, AMC & trouble shooting and entries.

 Project Management
