Key responsibilities & duties:

 Maintaining of Daily Dispatch of LPG Tanker Report

 Co-ordinating with LPG Tanker Drivers for smooth operation

 SAP Reports upgradation and report generation of day to day basis

 Weekly & Monthly LPG Dispatch report reconciliation should be maintained

 Generating unloaded LPG Product invoices

 Checking the transporter bills for every 15 days & submitting the bills to Accounts

team

 Maintaining the company LPG Tankers Driver’s Expenses on month on month basis

& submitting the bills to Accounts team

 Good Verbal and written communication skills

 Managing people

 Computer literacy & preferably working excel & word

 Knowledge of Logistics operation

 Statutory and safety regulations

Language Preferences:
