Project Site Engineer

Job Description:

1. Project Planning:

   • Study detailed work contracts and corresponding drawings.
   • Create a comprehensive work plan that identifies and sequences activities for successful project completion.

2. Project Execution:

   • Execute the project according to the schedule, ensuring all milestones are met.
   • Monitor construction activities and report progress to the Project Manager.
   • Prepare and submit necessary site documentation for project execution.

3. Site Oversight:

   • Oversee site activities, including civil, electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical works.
   • Ensure all technical requirements are met at the site.

4. Quality Assurance:

   • Regularly review the quality of work completed at the site to ensure it meets ASME and BIS/CE standards.
   • Conduct equipment ground inspections as part of the project execution team.

5. Drawing Review and Implementation:

   • Review project drawings and ensure proper implementation on-site.

6. Vendor Management:

   • Maintain communication with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
   • Measure and certify ongoing job progress for vendor billing purposes.

7. Coordination and Communication:

   • Coordinate with related departments to clear interfaces for smooth project execution.

8. Project Experience:

   • Must have experience being part of project execution teams for industrial projects in Egypt.
