We are looking for a motivated and experienced Export Sales Executive / Export Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the global market, specifically in the UAE, with a focus on high-growth regions and countries. This role is essential for expanding our market share and achieving revenue targets in the flexible packaging industry, particularly in BOPP films.

Sales and Market Development:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for BOPP films in international markets, with a focus on the UAE and high-growth regions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with international customers, including packaging companies, converters, and distributors.
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and sustain robust relationships with international customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Provide market feedback and insights to the management team to support informed business decisions.
Negotiation and Sales Strategy:
Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and other sales conditions with international customers to secure profitable deals.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Coordination and Compliance:
Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics and operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of BOPP films to international customers.
Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and certifications to ensure compliance in all sales activities.
Requirements and Skills:
Experience:
Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in export sales, preferably within the packaging industry, with a focus on BOPP films or similar products.
Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and driving revenue growth in international markets.
Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the global packaging industry, including market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Familiarity with the Dubai market and experience working in the Middle East region is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with international customers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and revenue growth.
Proficiency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic, Spanish, Mandarin, etc., are an advantage.
