Job Description

As the Head of the Recruiting Agency in India, you will be responsible for:

Launching and making the agency profitable, focusing on sourcing non-skilled and semi-skilled labor for overseas customers.
Establishing and maintaining operational and QA processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Continuously seeking growth opportunities for the company by meeting potential clients and attending industry events.
Developing and implementing strategies for promoting the company in overseas markets.
Ensuring the company's business activities comply with all legal requirements.
Achieving profitability within 12 months of the project launch.
Monitoring subordinates reports and handling complex client issues.
Resolving issues with consulates and other authorities.
Managing a team.
Preparing and managing the agency's budget.
Interacting with government authorities to ensure smooth operations.
