Branch Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the sales team, providing guidance and expertise in freight forwarding specially Sea Freight.
• Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to meet company targets in the overseas market.
• Manage a team with an expert understanding of the overseas market, handling import-export operations with a focus on customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, utilizing market knowledge to detect business opportunities.
• Provide leadership in maintaining the company's standards in quality and customer service.
• Ensure that the team operates efficiently with a focus on achieving sales goals and growing the business.

• Education: Graduation is mandatory.
• Experience:
  • Branch Manager: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the same industries.
• Languages: Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Personal Attributes: Pleasing personality, quick learner, good listener, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
