• Oversee and manage the quality function for the production of automotive plastic components.
• Lead the implementation and maintenance of ISO/TS 16949 QMS.
• Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Analyze and resolve plastic injection molding and assembly process issues.
• Develop and manage FFMEA, PFD, control plans, and APQP processes.
• Implement and monitor Poke-Yoke and Kaizen activities for continuous improvement.
• Lead 1S, 2S activities and ensure compliance with internal audits.
• Utilize seven QC tools for effective problem-solving (Graphs, Flow diagrams, Check sheets, etc.).
• Ensure process quality control through in-process inspections and quality assurance techniques.
• Manage customer relationships by addressing quality-related issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Implement and lead cluster meets to optimize quality processes.
• Manage the plastic painting process and ensure minimization of painting defects.

• Expertise in automotive plastic components and injection molding processes.
• Proficiency in FFMEA, PFD, APQP, and control plan management.
• Strong problem-solving skills using seven QC tools.
• Experience with ISO/TS 16949 implementation and internal auditing.
• Knowledge of the plastic painting process and defect analysis.
• Familiar with Kaizen, Poke-Yoke activities, and 1S/2S.
• Proficient in SAP/ERP systems, MS Office, and communication tools like email.

• Manage and lead a team of quality engineers and supervisors in achieving quality goals.

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical, Plastics, or related field).
• Experience: 13-16 years of experience in the automotive plastics industry, with a minimum of 10 years in a quality management role.
• Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in Maruti Suzuki India Ltd (MSIL) or Suzuki Motor Gujarat (SMG) Tier 1 suppliers.

• Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret business and technical documents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and leadership.

• Proficient in SAP/ERP, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and internet/email communication.

• Positive attitude with a goal-oriented approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
