Recruitment & Training:
Recruit security supervisors and guards, and provide necessary training in security protocols.
Train security personnel and ensure skill development in crisis management, fire safety, and emergency response.
Site & Vendor Management:
Conduct regular site visits (both day and night) to ensure security standards are maintained.
Manage relationships with vendors and ensure effective visitor management.
Security Audits & Fire Safety:
Conduct periodic security and fire safety audits, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
Surveillance & Documentation:
Perform random checks on CCTV operations and ensure effective surveillance.
Maintain all security-related documents at each plant and update records as necessary.
Roster & Compliance Management:
Oversee roster management, compliance checks, and investigations as required.
Additional Qualifications:
Experience or certification in Fire Fighting, First Aid, and Investigation Techniques is an advantage.
