- Oversee and manage the quality assurance process in Lithium-Ion Battery Pack manufacturing, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Implement and monitor TQM processes, Control Plans, FMEA, and ISO/IATF Standards.

- Ensure quality in the processes starting from incoming raw materials through to the final product and customer delivery.

- Graduation: M.Sc (Chemistry) / B.E or B.Tech in a relevant field.
