We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the day-to-day quality control operations and ensure the highest standards of product quality. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement quality assurance policies and procedures, conduct audits and inspections, and drive continuous improvement within the organization.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the quality assurance and control processes in line with industry standards and company policies.
Inspect and test Mechanical Seals as per API 682 standards.
Ensure that products meet quality and manufacturing standards, while adhering to all ISO requirements.
Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance checks in accordance with API-682/610 and ISO standards.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and test plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
Prepare detailed test reports and certification for customer approvals.
Implement and oversee all new ISO audits.
Maintain a culture focused on customer satisfaction, ethics, safety, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Mechanical Seals and pump testing.
Strong knowledge of API-682/610 and ISO standards.
Familiarity with Seal Systems and their testing requirements.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to apply technology in identifying and resolving issues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Certifications:
Certifications such as CQA (Certified Quality Auditor) or Six Sigma are a plus.
Salary Package:
Monthly Salary: $3,000.00
