We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the day-to-day quality control operations and ensure the highest standards of product quality. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement quality assurance policies and procedures, conduct audits and inspections, and drive continuous improvement within the organization.

• Lead and manage the quality assurance and control processes in line with industry standards and company policies.
• Inspect and test Mechanical Seals as per API 682 standards.
• Ensure that products meet quality and manufacturing standards, while adhering to all ISO requirements.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance checks in accordance with API-682/610 and ISO standards.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and test plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
• Prepare detailed test reports and certification for customer approvals.
• Implement and oversee all new ISO audits.
• Maintain a culture focused on customer satisfaction, ethics, safety, and continuous improvement.

• Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Mechanical Seals and pump testing.
  • Strong knowledge of API-682/610 and ISO standards.
  • Familiarity with Seal Systems and their testing requirements.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to apply technology in identifying and resolving issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Certifications such as CQA (Certified Quality Auditor) or Six Sigma are a plus.

• Monthly Salary: $3,000.00
