2. Project Evaluation:
- Assess the feasibility of ship repair projects, identifying potential risks and challenges.
- Conduct site visits when necessary to gather relevant information and evaluate existing conditions.
- Collaborate with project managers to understand project timelines and requirements.
3. Proposal Preparation:
- Develop comprehensive proposals, including cost breakdowns and timelines, for clients.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

- Stay updated on industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and advancements in estimation techniques.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Marine, or a related field).
- 3-5 years of experience in cost estimation, preferably in ship repair or the maritime industry.
- Strong knowledge of ship repair processes, materials, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Project.
- Strong ability to develop detailed project scopes, bar charts, and plans for each assignment.
