Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients across diverse geographies, including governments, corporates, and financial institutions.
Originate and manage new deal flows and client engagements in line with company strategy.
Lead transactions across various sectors, including mandates sourced in-house or for strategic clients.
Create solution proposals tailored to client requirements and drive dialogue between clients and project execution teams throughout the deal lifecycle.
Analyze and review financial statements, identifying areas of concern and proposing actionable solutions.
Execute strategies for new business lines and establish strategic partnerships or alliances.

Experience & Qualifications:

7-15 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Relationship Management.
Proven background in Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, or Front Office Treasury of Financial Institutions.
Strong understanding of Credit/Corporate Finance and global market trends.
Ability to quickly learn and offer bespoke solutions across a diverse product portfolio.
Expertise in managing key client relationships with an extensive network.
Solution-oriented mindset to convert client requirements into viable business opportunities.
Strong leadership, people management, and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills and quick decision-making abilities.
Master’s degree in Finance or a professional finance qualification.
