Key Responsibilities
Channel Partner & SCA Management
- Identify, recruit, and nurture Channel Partners and Senior Citizen Ambassadors (SCAs).
 - Assist Channel Partners & SCAs in identifying lead sources and supporting them in client visits when needed.
 - Increase lead generation and conversions by providing customized solutions for prospective customers.
 
Direct Lead Generation
- Generate leads by engaging with apartment societies, clubs, hospitals, ex-defense personnel housing societies, and individual networks.
 - Organize meetings, deliver presentations, and schedule sales appointments.
 
Sales Execution
- Conduct one-on-one consultative selling and convert leads to memberships.
 - Follow up on leads from digital channels and personal networks.
 - Engage with international prospects (e.g., NRIs) to promote memberships for their relatives in the service location.
 
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage sales documentation, revenue collection, and bank deposits.
 - Prepare reports and ensure adherence to company procedures.
 
Key Results Areas (KRAs)
- Lead Conversion: Achieve planned vs. actual customer acquisition targets.
 - Revenue Goals: Meet assigned revenue targets through effective channel and direct selling efforts.
 - Channel Development: Establish and maintain functional partnerships with Channel Partners & SCAs.
 - Sales Process: Ensure a seamless sales cycle from lead generation to membership conversion.
 
Qualifications & Background
- Experience: Relevant experience in channel management and consultative sales.
 - Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
 - Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language (preferred).
 - Flexibility to work in the field.
 - Proven ability to forecast and meet targets.
