Logistics MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management and Analysis:

   • Collect, compile, and analyze logistics data from various sources.
   • Maintain and update logistics databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
   • Provide detailed analysis to support logistics decision-making.

2. Reporting:

   • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on logistics performance, including KPIs, cost analysis, and efficiency metrics.
   • Present data insights and trends to management to support strategic decisions.

3. Process Improvement:

   • Identify areas for improvement within logistics operations.
   • Develop and implement solutions aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.

4. Compliance and Documentation:

   • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all logistics activities.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or MIS roles.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Familiarity with logistics software and database management systems.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Vinculum).
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management best practices.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
