Job Summary:
The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing support during the pre-installation, installation, and post-installation of solar string inverters. The role involves attending client calls, offering both remote and on-site assistance, analyzing installations, suggesting modifications if necessary, and addressing service issues related to previously installed string inverters.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete territory of Tamil Nadu and other southern states based on service requirements.
- Provide technical support to solar installers and EPC customers.
- Maintain a database of client service calls and solutions provided.
- Travel to solar sites in Tamil Nadu as required.
- Communicate effectively with clients, managing their technical queries and maintaining strong relationships with clients and the operations team.
- Provide modifications and rectify service issues as needed in previously installed inverters.
- Ensure the adherence to user manuals and inverter installation instructions.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in solar project or service engineering.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage client expectations.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
