Safety Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on the project site.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to Saudi Aramco’s safety protocols.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and rectify potential hazards.
• Develop and implement safety procedures and guidelines for the workforce.
• Provide safety training and guidance to site personnel.
• Prepare safety reports, incident reports, and assist in investigations as needed.
• Ensure that all safety-related documentation is maintained in accordance with Saudi Aramco standards.
• Promote a culture of safety and ensure awareness of potential risks at all levels.
• Liaise with management and other departments to ensure health and safety practices are followed.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in safety management, with proven experience in Saudi Aramco projects.
• Certifications: PMP certification is a plus.
• Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of Saudi Aramco Safety Standards and guidelines.

• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Ability to handle emergency situations effectively.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
