Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

1. Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, or Piping Engineering or a related field.
2. Experience: At least 10+ years of experience in engineering and project management, specifically in the construction industry.
3. Experience with Saudi Aramco Projects: Must have prior experience working on Saudi Aramco projects.
4. Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Standards: In-depth understanding of Saudi Aramco engineering, construction, and safety standards is required.
5. Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the engineering and construction teams for mechanical, civil/structural, or piping projects, ensuring all activities align with Saudi Aramco’s standards.
• Oversee project execution from initiation to completion, including planning, coordination, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements during project execution.
• Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and other engineering teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Review and approve engineering designs, plans, and proposals, ensuring adherence to Saudi Aramco requirements.
• Manage and resolve any issues related to construction or engineering during the project lifecycle.
• Report on project status, risks, and milestones to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Ensure project documentation and records are maintained in accordance with company policies and standards.

• Candidates must be willing to work in Saudi Arabia and are expected to work on-site throughout the duration of the project.
