Project Engineer Mechanical

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and client specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
• Review and approve mechanical designs, layouts, and calculations as per project requirements and Saudi Aramco standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the mechanical systems and make necessary adjustments to meet operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with all Saudi Aramco safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports, technical documentation, and detailed project plans.
• Act as a point of contact for all mechanical engineering-related queries and issues.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained accurately, including reports, change orders, and as-built drawings.
• Manage and oversee mechanical contractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines, costs, and quality specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Project Engineer in mechanical engineering projects.
• Project Experience: Previous experience on Saudi Aramco projects is a must.
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards and guidelines.
• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in mechanical systems design, project management, and engineering tools.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
