Project Manager – Network Operations

Key Responsibilities:

1. Network Operations:

   • Manage and maintain CEN network operations, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
   • Monitor network activity and troubleshoot issues to prevent disruptions.

2. Data Center Activities:

   • Oversee daily data center operations, including setup, maintenance, and upgrades.
   • Ensure all infrastructure complies with safety and operational standards.

3. Cables and Connections:

   • Work with various cable types and specifications for installation and repair purposes.
   • Plan and execute cable management to maintain efficiency and organization.

4. Juniper Routers:

   • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Juniper routers to ensure seamless connectivity.
   • Provide guidance and expertise in routing protocols and network architecture.

5. Networking and Power Management:

   • Design and manage networking solutions to support operational requirements.
   • Handle and maintain AC/DC power connections for equipment and infrastructure.

6. Project Management:

   • Plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
   • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Key Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years in network operations, data center activities, or a similar role.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in CEN network operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Juniper routers.
  • Strong understanding of cable specifications and installation techniques.
  • Knowledge of AC/DC power connections and network setups.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Good communication skills for team coordination.
