Key Responsibilities:
- ERP Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems, ensuring smooth integration with business processes.
 - System Optimization: Regularly monitor and optimize ERP performance, troubleshooting any system issues to minimize downtime.
 - User Support & Training: Provide technical support and training to end-users on ERP functionalities and updates.
 - Data Management: Ensure the integrity, security, and accuracy of data within the ERP system and IT infrastructure.
 - Collaboration: Work closely with various departments (Finance, HR, Sales, etc.) to understand their needs and customize ERP solutions.
 - Project Management: Lead and manage ERP implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
 - IT Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain the overall IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
 - Vendor Management: Liaise with ERP software vendors and third-party service providers to address issues and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
 - Compliance & Security: Ensure that the IT systems are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements, and maintain data security protocols.
 
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
 - Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in managing ERP systems (preferably SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
 - Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ERP solutions, IT infrastructure, and database management.
 - Project Management: Experience in managing ERP-related projects, including upgrades and customizations.
 - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
 - Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify and resolve ERP-related issues swiftly.
 
Preferred Attributes:
- Certification in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
 - Familiarity with business processes in Finance, HR, Sales, and Supply Chain.
