Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Production Manager with:
  • Plant operations.
  • Achieving production targets and maintaining operational efficiencies.
  • Reviewing processes and operations to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Quality control.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe plant environment.
  • Implementing Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) schedules to minimize machine downtime.
  • Training and motivating staff.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in chlorination, organic pigments, or the green pigments/organic chemical industry.
• Senior Chemists with extensive experience in Green Pigments/Phthalocyanine Pigments Plants can also apply.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English is required.
• Salary is negotiable for deserving candidates.
