Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategy:

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in AVL, with a proven track record of managing complex, high-profile projects.
- Exceptional understanding of lighting, rigging, and sound systems.

- Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.
- Expertise in reading BOQs and developing comprehensive project plans.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
